2024/2025 PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION AND DOCUMENTATION (FRESH STUDENTS)
PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION
Click on the Admission Status Link on the portal to check your admission, using your Jamb number and any of your names as the password so that you can retrieve your STUDENT ID.
Enter your STUDENT ID and default Password “student” to login to your portal to commence registration.
Your ePortal page will be displayed, showing your record. You will be prompted to update Personal records/Bio data and also upload your passport photograph and signature.
ADMISSION LETTER DOWNLOAD
Click on the Dashboard to download and print your Admission and acceptance letter .

ONLINE CLEARANCE PROCEDURE
After logging in, click on the Student Data link on the right side of your page and then select the Academic Records link.
Click on Add Academic Record to enter the following all necessary documentation
REQUIRED: - Jamb Admission letter
- Jamb result
- UTME/DE slip
- O/A level result(s)
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of age
- Primary Leaving Certificate
- Indigen Letter
- Signed acceptance letter
- Medical certificate of fitness
Click the Submit Now button.
Wait for the clearance officer to clear your submission and then you can proceed to pay your REGISTRATION FEE. Clearance can take up to 24 hours depending on the number of submissions in the queue.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE
After clearance, you can proceed to pay the Registration Fee. If your payment is successful, the ePortal will generate a Matriculation Number.
You will click on the registration link next to the Academic Records link to proceed for registration.
