This is to inform all newly admitted candidates in various programmes in the Nigerian Army University Biu to login into their existing profile at my.naub.edu.ng or follow the below procedures for online clearance and registration of fresh students for 2025/2026 academic session. The exercise will commence on Monday 3rd February, 2025
PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION
1. Click on the Admission Status Link on the portal to check your admission, using your Jamb number and any of your names as the password so that you can retrieve your STUDENT ID.
2. Enter your STUDENT ID and default Password “student” to login to your portal to commence registration.
3. Your ePortal page will be displayed, showing your record. You will be prompted to update Personal records/Bio data and also upload your passport photograph and signature. Note: Passport criteria: White background only, formal attire (shirt/native), no glasses, no cap, and no face covering.
ADMISSION LETTER DOWNLOAD
1. Click on the Dashboard to download admission letter and print your acceptance letter .
2. Fill and sign the acceptance letter
ONLINE CLEARANCE
1. After logging in, click on the Student Data link on the right side of your page and then select the Academic Records link.
2. Click on Add Academic Record to upload the under listed required documents.
– JAMB Admission Letter
– JAMB Result
– UTME/DE Slip
– O Level Result(s)
– ND/NCE/IJMB Result (DE student only)
– Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
– Primary Leaving Certificate
– Indigen Letter
– Signed Acceptance Letter
– Medical Certificate of Fitness
Click the Submit Now button.
Wait for the clearance officer (HOD) from your department to clear your submission, and then you can proceed to pay your REGISTRATION FEE. Clearance may or not take up to 24 hours, depending on the number of submissions queue in your department.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE
1. After clearance, you can proceed to pay the Registration Fee through your profile in the portal only. If your payment is successful, the ePortal will generate a Matriculation Number.
2. Click on the registration link next to the Academic Records link to proceed with online course registration.
3. You will be forced to change your password here
4. Then, proceed to do your course registration or go next steps
PROCEDURE FOR ACCOMMODATION
1. Interested student can proceed to accommodation booking online, which will automatically pop up booking or check hostel status on the dashboard
2. Make payment through your profile in the portal only.
3. Print payment receipt and a copy of code of conduct to see your bed allocation details.
4. Visit Student Affairs Division or Contact Hall Officer.
